Friends of the Upshur County Public Library

What are the Friends?

The Friends are a group of citizens who formed an organization to promote understanding of the library - its programs, its resources and its needs. It is a non-profit organization of volunteers. Friends help enhance library services in many ways.

What are the purposes of the Friends of the Upshur County Library Group?
  • To focus attention on the library
