In the state budget the Governor presented to the legislators, he has drastically cut funding for the state's public libraries.  Without the funding library services will be cut.  Please WRITE, CALL, EMAIL or VISIT the Governor and  legislators asking them to restore the funding.  Let them know how important the library is to you!  A letter to the editor in your local newspaper would also be helpful.  A list of names with contact information follows -
